• BarcodeID - This pipeline automates processing and analysis of barcoded amplicon sequencing.

• FluSAP (Flu Sequence Analysis Package) - This package contains a collection of scripts for processing whole genome sequencing data, including tools for tailoring your analysis by creating detailed summaries of sequencing and read-mapping statistics.

• Influenza Segment Visualizer - This script is useful for creating information dense and accurate maps of influenza virus genomes.
